Chocolate Mug Cake
You can never go wrong with a chocolate cake. It's perfect as a dessert, with coffee, when you are craving chocolate or even as breakfast. There's nothing as good as enjoying that time when you treat yourself to satisfy those cravings without regrets with a chocolate cake. Sometimes when we think of a "healthy" cake we think of a tasteless and boring cake. But eating healthy doesn't mean eating ugly food. We can enjoy healthy food making it taste delicious while we are nourishing our bodies.
We tend to prohibit ourselves to eat desserts because of the amount of sugar and calories they have. The best part of making yourself your own desserts is choosing the ingredients you want to use and consume, not only you'll be more aware of what you are eating but you are nourishing your body at the same time. This chocolate cake tastes as good as a bakery one but with healthy ingredients, without refined flour and refined sugar. It's very easy to prepare and takes no time at all. If you prefer not to use the oven you can easily microwave it too.
Ingredients for one:
- 1 egg - 3 tablespoons of oat flour
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
